During the pre-construction phase, PDCo. will work with all project consultants to coordinate the design development process in an efficient and timely manner.

On a parallel path, we will establish the appropriate contract type for the project and select a Construction Manager or General Contractor via a thorough RFP process, as necessary.

We will work with the selected CM/GC to establish the project schedule, site logistics and develop the final project budget. If the Guaranteed Maximum Price contract type is selected, we will work with the CM on any value engineering solutions and oversee the subcontractor bidding and award process in an effort to establish the GMP of the project.
