During the construction phase, PDCo. will provide daily construction monitoring of the project to identify and resolve critical path items. 

We will also work with the construction management firm  or General Contractor to monitor both the project schedule and budget. We will consistently analyze the budget and schedule as it relates to the overall success of the project, and use our experience to be proactive in finding solutions to any issues that may arise.

During the construction process, changes to the scope and budget are inevitable. We will thoroughly analyze and vet each change event and negotiate as necessary in order to achieve the best possible result.

In this phase we will work with the construction manager to review and approve monthly requisitions for payment. We will work with the construction manager to close out sub-contracts, resolve punch list issues and work towards achieving occupancy in the most efficient way possible.
